SoftLaunchers.com offers refunds under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe:
    Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the original purchase.
  • Activation Status:
    Refunds are not applicable if the product has been activated and confirmed to be working as intended.

2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, the customer must:

  • Submit a Support Ticket
    Send a detailed support request to support@softlaunchers.com within the 24-hour window.
    The ticket must include:
    • Order ID or proof of purchase
    • Description of the issue encountered
    • Confirmation that the product has not been activated

3. Evaluation Process

Once a refund request is received:

  • Our support team will review the issue and verify the activation status.
  • If the request meets the eligibility criteria, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

  • The product was activated and found to be working.
  • The request was submitted after the 24-hour window.
  • The issue reported is due to customer-side misconfiguration or unsupported environments.
