SoftLaunchers.com offers refunds under the following conditions:

Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the original purchase. - Activation Status:
Refunds are not applicable if the product has been activated and confirmed to be working as intended.
2. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, the customer must:

The ticket must include: - Order ID or proof of purchase
- Description of the issue encountered
- Confirmation that the product has not been activated
3. Evaluation Process
Once a refund request is received:

- If the request meets the eligibility criteria, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:
